Arizona Blues Hall of Fame inductee, Chuck Hall, is back at Westside Blues and Jazz. Born and raised on the Texas side of Louisiana, Chuck Hall has been playing guitar since the age of 10 and has continued an electrifying Blues career for over five decades. Chuck Hall has opened shows for B.B King, Johnny Winter, Gregg Allman, Charlie Musselwhite, Hans Olson, Los Lobos and may more throughout his career. The Chuck Hall Band consists of the best musicians in their craft. Come hear for yourself.

Honest Soulz is based in Phoenix, Arizona. We have been providing the valley with the best in classic R&B, Funk, Soul and a Variety of top 40 music for over 10 years. W e began this band as a mother (Mildred Hayes) and son (Abram Moore) duo and have incorporated other members that we now have adopted as extended family. We are a high energy charismatic band that will keep you dancing to the beat. Our song choices will take you back to the nostalgic old school sounds that you remember and bring you into the current day of today’s top 40’s. Honest Soulz pride ourselves in bringing you the best in entertainment. The band started out as a small Blues Trio in early 1990, and through the vision of founder Ted “Madman” Kowal, our lineup soon included an always-energetic horn section. Since the late 1990’s our repertoire has evolved to present the music styles foremost in our hearts: Soul, R&B, Funk…. as well as the Blues. Under the musical direction of Tony Flores since 2002, along with strong vocals, blazing horns and a rock-solid rhythm section, you have Cold Shott and The Hurricane Horns – Still groovin’ and going strong into 2012 and beyond. Sharing a few of our musical inspirations, we give you a a taste of the soulful and heartfelt performances of Willie Mitchell, James Brown, Little Milton, Howard Tate, Eddie Floyd, Tyrone Davis and Joe Cocker. We round out our selection with the funky soul of Tower of Power.

In addition to singing, I play the keys, organ and alto saxophone. I love to sing Jazz Standards, R&B, Motown and Gospel music. I have performed Internationally, at many Clubs, Restaurants, Private Events and Casinos around the United States.
